New Beginnings

The New Beginnings class is for your first steps back into exercise after having a baby. This class will focus on;

  • Movement
  • Regaining function of the pelvic floor and core
  • Beginning to rebuild strength and aerobic capacity

The class is suitable for women 6 weeks after you have given birth and 8 weeks if you have had a c-section.

If you are looking for a gentler, lower impact workout, this block can be repeated as many times as you wish, before moving on to the Growing Stronger class to develop your strength and cardio.

Before you come to a class, we will ask you to complete a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q), which you can view here before signing up.
