All classes will be run by me, Laura. I have been a personal trainer and sports therapist for over 10 years.
In 2022 we welcomed our own little bubs Elodie after an IVF journey.

I exercised during and after my pregnancy and I felt the benefit to both my physical and mental health. When figuring out my return to work after she was born I realised I wanted to support new parents and parents to be on their fitness journey so I created Bumps and Bubs.
I am also a 4th Dan Taekwondo Black belt and run a martial arts club called Titan Taekwondo in the south side of the city. I have always loved this sport and spent my 20s training and traveling to compete, representing Scotland on a number of occasions.

We are fortunate enough to hold our Bumps & Bubs classes in the Caledonian Taekwondo Gym which has plenty of punch bags we can use (hitting bags is a great way to let off some steam)
Weightlifting is a sport I got in to supplement my TKD training (through Team Cavanagh Weightlifting) and I loved it so much that I trained as a level 2 weightlifting coach, and this element of fitness became a main focus as a trainer. I was also lucky enough to work as a loader at the 2014 Commonwealth Games in Glasgow.
