Hey everyone! I started bumps and bubs so I could get back to work in a way that supported a better work life balance, especially when Elodie was really young. Right now the balance is a little off so I will be taking a break from classes and taking some time to regroup and rethink how to better balance things and rework the business so it best suits my family. I will still be on social media and across my emails so if you have any questions about all things pre and post natal fitness please just reach out. This one is for the mums! Gentle strength training for pre and postnatal woman Tuesdays at 10am at Re:Hope Church Shawlands. Classes are led by me (Laura), I have been a personal trainer and sports therapist for many moons and I am a qualified pre and post natal coach. Classes focus on rebuilding strength and movement that feels good wherever you are on your pre and post natal journey. Individual classes are available to book and the website link is in the bio. This one is for the mums! It’s a very important part of my class that little ones are always welcome so mums don’t have to worry about child care so they can exercise. But the class it’s self, that’s for the mums! I program classes specifically for pre and post natal mums in mind, to help rebuild strength and mobility. You can book into individual classes in the west end or south side just by heading to the website!

Drop in to a West end or South Side Class Bumps and bubs classes can be booked individually at £8 a session. You can reserve your spot by heading to the website (link is in stories today) Classes are designed for YOU by me (Laura!) I am a qualified pre and post natal personal trainer and I love working with mums and mums to be and creating a space for them to exercise and move. Little ones are always welcome at my classes but this isn’t a baby class it’s a mum class!

Crawling babies and toddlers If your little (or not so little) one is on the move they are still more than welcome at bumps and bubs. I am very lucky with my venues in that I have lots of space for little ones to move around safely. As a mum of a toddler I still very much like to exercise and I love that Elodie can be a part of that as well (plus is always really sweet to see wee ones try and join in) If you have any questions about classes please just get in touch!

Paris 2024! I am back from a wonderful weekend in Paris and ready to launch the south side class tomorrow!! I love all things Olympics but this one was extra special as we headed over to see my former team mate Rebecca McGowan perform on the biggest stage. We are all so proud!

What to expect at a bumps and bubs class My classes are designed for pre and post natal woman and while I always focus on strength you will probably work up a bit of a sweat as well. While yes this is a baby class this one is for the mums. I wanted to create a space for you to be able start or return to exercise. We are all in the same place so you don’t need to worry if your wee one makes some noise or needs a feed or a nappy change. I won’t lie some weeks you will get a bit less workout in because…well babies/toddlers but you will always be glad that got out the house and got some movement in. Starting something new is always scary especially with a wee one on the way/in tow so please reach out with any questions Laura

South Side launch Tuesday 13th August The south side launch class is next week! This is the lovely new venue I will be using in Shawlands. Pre and post natal fitness class – West end of Glasgow Classes run in Caledonian Health and Fitness Centre in Anniesland on Thursdays at 11am Classes are run by me (Laura) Level 3 PT, Sports Therapist, pre and post natal trained and mum of one. The gym has free parking and plenty of space for buggies, car seats, running about and naps. You can book your space on my website. If you have any questions please just get in touch. Laura x
