This one is for the mums! Gentle strength training for pre and postnatal woman Tuesdays at 10am at Re:Hope Church Shawlands. Classes are led by me (Laura), I have been a personal trainer and sports therapist for many moons and I am a qualified pre and post natal coach. Classes focus on rebuilding strength and movement that feels good wherever you are on your pre and post natal journey. Individual classes are available to book and the website link is in the bio.
