What to expect at a bumps and bubs class My classes are designed for pre and post natal woman and while I always focus on strength you will probably work up a bit of a sweat as well. While yes this is a baby class this one is for the mums. I wanted to create a space for you to be able start or return to exercise. We are all in the same place so you don’t need to worry if your wee one makes some noise or needs a feed or a nappy change. I won’t lie some weeks you will get a bit less workout in because…well babies/toddlers but you will always be glad that got out the house and got some movement in. Starting something new is always scary especially with a wee one on the way/in tow so please reach out with any questions Laura
