Celebrate you! Watching your baby grow is amazing and we celebrate their milestones, we should do the same with ourselves. Your body has been through quite the journey and change and I think it’s important you celebrate this as well. You might have started exercise during your pregnancy celebrate your body getting stronger (yes you can get stronger during pregnancy). Maybe you have popped down to an exercise class for the first time since having your wee one, celebrate moving your body again and notice how that feels. If you are building back strength and cardio notice the weights creep up and running a bit further. Exercise after having a wee one is a whole different thing, time and energy are such precious things, so celebrate you, you are doing great 💪🏼
